Risk Management audit 

Beside the documentation analysis (see quickscan) individual interviews will be setup with all stakeholders of the management team to get insights in all risks of the following domains Operations, Security, sales, supply chain, ICT, maintenance, HR, infrastructure, security, Fire, ...  All risks will be compared with the same risk assessment methodology to be able to compare all the risks and to rank the risks from high to low.  During an in depth site tour the current security and fire protection situation will be validated and opportunities for improvement will be worked out.
